Code of Ethics

Shared values, clear principles

We operate according to transparent standards that guide our daily decisions. The Code of Ethics reflects values that are important to Empik — integrity, mutual respect, transparency and responsibility. It applies to all of us, regardless of role, department or location.

Whistleblower Form

The whistleblower form is a tool designed to enable employees, contractors and other individuals associated with the Empik Group to report violations of the law. Anyone who witnesses or suspects a breach of the law within the Empik Group may report such cases anonymously or under their name. All reports are fully protected in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act of 14 June 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024, item 928).

All reports will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality. We protect both the Whistleblower’s identity and the details of the report to prevent any unauthorised access to data. No information that could identify the Whistleblower will be disclosed without their explicit consent, unless required by law.
