Karol Ignatowicz | Vice President of the Management Board, Group COO

With the Empik Group since 2020, serving as a Management Board Member from 2021, and, as of 2024, as Vice President of the Management Board and Group Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for further developing the online channel, customer experience and the supply chain, as well as driving operational synergies across Empik, Empik Fulfilment, Platon and Empik Foto.

Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company, where he served, among other roles, as a Local Partner and advised clients in the telecommunications, retail and industrial sectors. He is a graduate of the Cracow University of Economics and the INSEAD MBA programme.
