Wojciech Kudaś | Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer

At Empik since 2023, he has led the Marketing function as CMO, and since 2025 he has also served as Chief Commercial Officer and Management Board Member. Together with his team, he strengthens the Empik brand, maximises customer value by placing customer needs at the heart of the organisation, and oversees key strategic growth initiatives across the Group.

Before joining Empik, he spent 14 years gaining experience in business management, marketing and strategy within e-commerce and FMCG organisations across European, Asian and African markets.
