Wojciech Kudaś | Chief Commercial Officer

He joined Empik in 2023 and has served as a Member of the Management Board since 2024, initially as Chief Marketing Officer and, since 2025, as Chief Commercial Officer. He is responsible for the development of the marketplace and product offering, maximising customer value, driving commercial transformation and strengthening customer loyalty, as well as delivering key growth initiatives across the Group.

Prior to joining Empik, he gained 14 years of experience in business management, marketing and strategy at e-commerce and FMCG companies across European, Asian and African markets.
