Łukasz Sitko | Retail Chief Operating Officer

Part of the Empik Group for more than 25 years. Over this time, he has gained in-depth experience across all areas of Empik’s store network — from store management and regional leadership to serving as Sales Director.

In 2023, he assumed the role of Retail Chief Operating Officer, and since 2024 he has also served as a Management Board Member. He oversees offline operations and sales, as well as the execution of the physical network expansion strategy, leveraging his experience in building Empik’s omnichannel ecosystem.
