Szymon Filipczak | Chief Financial & Strategy Officer

With the Empik Group since 2024, and, as of 2025, serving as CFO & CSO as well as a Management Board Member. Responsible for finance, corporate strategy and business development, including business analytics and data science.

Before joining the Empik Group, he worked at the CCC Group, where he led corporate strategy and corporate development, including the omnichannel transformation of the CCC brand and the launch of the Modivo and HalfPrice concepts. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking, advising on dozens of ECM and M&A transactions, including for leading players in the Polish retail and e-commerce sectors. He holds a PhD in Economics and is a licensed stockbroker.
