Damian Zapłata | Member of the Supervisory Board

He has extensive experience in e-commerce, marketplaces and digital services across Central and Western Europe. He specialises in scaling technology companies and implementing innovative solutions in e-commerce and omnichannel. He has supported both rapid company growth and international expansion.

Professional experience:

Modivo S.A.
CEO (2021 – 2023)
Managed the leading fashion e-commerce platform in the CEE region (USD 900m revenue, 8 million customers), responsible for international market development, marketplace implementation and technological transformation.
Grupa Allegro
Chief Commercial Officer, Management Board Member (2017 – 2021)
Responsible for revenue growth and all commercial aspects of the Allegro platform (EUR 9bn GMV, over 130,000 merchants). Focus areas included customer offer development, pricing strategy and retail media.
Previous roles: CEO of Fiserv/First Data, Managing Director of PAYBACK (American Express), Partner at McKinsey & Company.
