Damian Zapłata | Member of the Supervisory Board

A manager with many years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces and digital services across Central and Western Europe. Former CEO of Modivo S.A. and, previously, Chief Commercial Officer and Management Board Member at Allegro Group, where he was responsible for commercial development, offer, pricing policy and retail media. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Fiserv/First Data, PAYBACK (American Express) and McKinsey & Company.

He specialises in scaling technology businesses, digital transformations and international expansion.
He graduated from European University Viadrina in Germany and holds an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore.
