Paweł Moskwa | Member of the Supervisory Board

Attorney-at-law and Managing Partner at MJH, specialising in commercial and civil law, in particular mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and court and arbitration disputes. He has advised on numerous complex capital transactions, supporting strategic investors and private equity funds at every stage of transaction processes.

He is the co-author of legal publications, including commentaries to the Commercial Companies Code and the Civil Code. Previously, he served as a partner at a renowned law firm and headed the legal department at a consulting company.
