He specializes in commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and litigation — both before common courts and arbitration tribunals. He has extensive experience advising on M&A transactions, corporate divisions, transformations and privatisation processes.

He has advised on numerous complex capital transactions, including management buyouts, public offerings, acquisitions of companies across various sectors, as well as divestment projects and capital structure reorganisations. He has supported both strategic investors and private equity funds at every stage of a transaction — from due diligence and deal structuring to documentation negotiation and finalisation.

He is the co-author of legal publications, including commentaries to the Commercial Companies Code and the Civil Code, as well as chapters in the System of Private Law series. Previously, he served as a partner in a leading law firm and headed the legal department of a major consulting company.
