Jacek Owczarek | Member of the Supervisory Board

A senior executive with extensive experience in corporate finance, he spent 16 years with the Eurocash Group, where he served as Management Board Member and Chief Financial Officer; he left the Eurocash Board in October 2024.

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking) and holds the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.

Before joining Eurocash, he served as CFO CEE at Sanitec (Koło) and held finance roles at companies such as Magellan and within the Enterprise Investors portfolio.

He has also been active in employer organisations — he served as Vice President of the Employers of Poland (2017–2021) and sat on the supervisory boards of several companies.
